Where are classes held?
Classes are held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the Diagnostic Town USA Training Facility.

How many days are the classes?
Classes are either 2, 2.5 or 3 days. Please see the class description for details.
What time does the class start?
Classes begin promptly at 8:00AM and usually end at 5:00 PM.
If the class is scheduled for a Sunday, classes are typically over by 1:00 PM so you have time to catch a flight home.
What about breakfast and lunch?
Breakfast and lunch are catered and included in the price of the class. Snacks, drinks, water and coffee are also provided! No sack lunches – we provide quality hot meals!
Is travel or hotel included in the price of the class?
No. Hotels, flights and other travel expenses are NOT included in the price of the class. Students are required to purchase their own flights and arrange their own transportation and accommodations.
What do I need to bring?
Please see the individual class descriptions for a complete list of what to bring. Generally, students are required to bring their own oscilloscope, leads and amp clamp.
Can I borrow a Scope?
We have a limited number of Scopes available to loan for the class. If you need to borrow a Scope please contact Customer Support to make arrangements and verify availability.
What happens if I can’t make the class?
Contact Customer Support immediately. Please see the Class Cancellation Policy page under the INFO menu for details.
Can I buy a Scope for the class?
If you would like to purchase an eSCOPE, let us know and we will have the eSCOPE ready for you to use in the class. We can even ship it to your shop after the class so you don’t have to carry it home on the airplane!
